Virtual Sailor NG brings the best of my experience in developing marintime simulators This experience began with the development of Virtual Sailor in the year 2001, later continued with Vehicle Simulator in the year 2009, Fire Flight in 2017, and finally Virtual Sailor NG in 2020. I can't imagine that he's the only VS user around these parts. Virtual Sailor NG was created by Ilan Papini, first version released on June 2021. Then I saw a VS-related link in some of Pieter's stuff just yesterday, and I figured that it was about time to check it out. I learned about this sim quite a long while ago, but never seriously looked into it. I've been checking out the Virtual Sailor demo, and was wondering if anyone else around here uses it regularly and is willing to give their impressions.
